To report your ATM/Debit card lost or stolen please call 800-528-2273.
**As of August 15, 2010, your account will no longer include Bounce Protection services on your debit card purchases and ATM transactions. That means if you use your debit card or an ATM and there is not enough money in your account, or if your funds are not yet available, your card will be denied. If you want to keep this service available in case of emergency, please call 337-684-3301 or stop by your local branch before August 15 to give us your opt-in request.
