New Mobile Apps & Text Banking Updates - Available April 20, 2021
We are excited to announce that we are currently upgrading our mobile banking application. In addition to upgrading our application, we will also be updating the number used for text banking. As we prepare for this upgrade, please note that the text banking phone number will be changing to the following [415-301-7140].
Once the new app is made available in the AppStore for download, the next time end users launch their iPhone app, the new app will automatically replace the old version with the new version. iPhone users may need to uninstall/reinstall their existing iPhone app in order to begin using the newest app. All users will be required to set up biometrics if they previously had that feature enabled in the old app. All users will also be presented with new Terms and Conditions in order to use the newest iPhone application.
Android users will be required to remove the old application and download the new version from the Google PlayStore once the new version is available. All users will be required to set up biometrics if they previously had that feature enabled in the old app. All users will also be presented with new Terms and Conditions in order to use the newest Android application.
